EACH RUG GUN COMES WITH A *30 DAY WARRANTY:

The warranty starts from the time you receive your product. If your Rug Gun stops working within the first 30 days of you receiving it, contact us immediately via email. We will provide a paid shipping label, and will either fix your Rug Gun or issue you a full refund for the product! (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable)

*THIS WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF THE PRODUCT IS: Damaged due to negligence, abuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration or is repaired by anyone other than: iMakeRugs If you attempt to disassemble the Rug Gun, remove any pieces that are not displayed in our videos. You will void your 30 day warranty and we will not issue you a refund. If you or any other person, third party or business ships any Rug Gun(s) outside of the USA, you void your warranty completely.
